Empower Young Men to Build a Brighter Future
The M.E.N. Incorporated Mentoring Program empowers young men in the Houston community to make positive life choices and reach their full potential. Mentors commit to at least one year of service, dedicating a minimum of six hours each month to building supportive, one-on-one or group relationships that encourage leadership, goal setting, and personal growth. Volunteers serve as positive role models while receiving training, guidance, and ongoing support from our team. Qualified applicants must be 21 or older, reside in the Houston metro area, complete the screening process, and demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a genuine desire to invest in the next generation.
